The highlands have the ideal conditions for high quality production, giving the wines unique and special characteristics in the world.

Our Wines

All our wines are organic and vegan, respecting each variety at all times, so that they express in the bottle the place where they
come from. The altitude, cold climate and poor soils result in wines with their own personality.
Different among them, as the varieties are different, but they all maintain a line of freshness, fruit and minerality of our terroir.

Organic Farming

At high altitudes, the winds clean the air and the vegetation enjoys excellent health thanks to the absence of pesticides.

Production and ageing

The wine is made in 6,000-litre stainless steel tanks to extract the best qualities of the grapes, colour and aromas.

The varieties

Wide selection: Malbe, Syrah, Grenache, Merlor, Tempranillo, Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc as reds and Chardonnay or Moscatel Petit-Grain as white varieties.
